WHY KEEP INCIDENT LOGS?
It is not enough for us to know that HMOs/shared houses and other multiple occupancy properties affect neighbourhood living conditions (amenity). We need evidence to prove it. The Incident Log are intended to provide precise records of what happens and how the quality of residents’ lives is affected. They will help provide the evidence we need and they will show what actions are taken, by whom, and whether they are helpful.
