RUMOUR HAS IT THAT THE FIRST COURT ACTIONS AGAINST PEOPLE WHOSE WHEELIE BINS ARE LEFT OUT ON THE PAVEMENT are due to take place in February. Also, we have learned that formal action where wheelie bins are left out on the street in pilot HMO Action Zones in the Arboretum, the Lenton Drives and in Sneinton is also taking place. Failure to comply will result in Fixed Penalty Notices of £100 being issued to each occupant of the offending property. Watch this space for more on this subject!
