Petition the Prime Minister to Make Landlords of HMOs pay Council Tax or Business Rates

Here's another something to keep us all on our toes.
One of our members has drawn our attention to a petition on the No.10 Downing Street website about council tax exemption for student HMOs. We should all sign it on the basis that it may do some good.
